The legendary hyperbike arrives with three new colour options, led by an exclusive Special Edition finish in Pearl Brilliant White and Metallic Oort Gray with distinctive red accents and premium detailing.

But the proven legendary 1,340cc inline-four engine, producing 187 bhp and 150 Nm will remain same which confirms Suzuki continues to focus on refining the Hayabusa’s iconic identity. The new colour lineup is already the biggest talking point and with Suzuki’s history of bringing global paint updates to India, these new shades also likely to reach the Indian market in the coming months.

Well, the Suzuki officially unveils the 2027 Hayabusa on 14 July 2026 during its global debut in Brea, California, USA with the update focusing entirely on a refreshed visual identity. The company introduces three new colour options, including Glass Sparkle Black with Metallic Mat Steel Green, Metallic Reflective Blue, and an exclusive Special Edition finish in Pearl Brilliant White and Metallic Oort Gray which makes the new paint schemes the biggest highlight of the 2027 model.

Suzuki also gives the Special Edition several exclusive styling upgrades like bold red graphics, red-highlighted wheels, gold-anodised front brake rotors, and chain adjusters, a raised chrome Suzuki fuel tank emblem, a colour-matched solo seat cowl, black exhaust end caps, and exclusive Hayabusa Special Edition badging. These factory enhancements give the iconic hyperbike a sharper, more premium road presence while preserving its unmistakable aerodynamic design.

What Else Does Suzuki Confirm?

Not just the fresh colour options, Suzuki keeps the Hayabusa’s proven mechanical package completely unchanged. The model will run on same legendary 1,340cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine, producing 187 bhp and 150 Nm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a bi-directional quickshifter for smooth and precise gear shifts.

The motorcycle also retains its aluminium twin-spar frame, fully adjustable KYB suspension, Brembo Stylema front brake calipers, 17-inch alloy wheels, 20-litre fuel tank, 800 mm seat height, and 264 kg kerb weight. Suzuki makes no changes to the chassis, braking hardware, or overall dimensions for the 2027 model.

Suzuki also continues to offer the complete Suzuki Intelligent Ride System as standard. The package includes multiple ride modes, power modes, Motion Track Traction Control, Motion Track ABS, Launch Control, Smart Cruise Control, Engine Brake Control, Anti-Lift Control, Hill Hold Control, the Suzuki Clutch Assist System, and full LED lighting which also confirm that no new features or electronic upgrades accompany this model year.

Suzuki launches the 2027 Hayabusa globally on 14 July 2026, pricing the standard model at US$19,699 and the new Special Edition at US$20,399. In India, the current locally assembled Hayabusa continues at ₹18.06 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Suzuki Motorcycle India has not confirm the 2027 launch although the refreshed model expected to arrive by late 2026 or early 2027.
