Ultraviolette launches a new base variant of the X-47 Crossover at ₹2.49 lakh (ex-showroom) which will make electric adventure bike more affordable. This new variant comes 7.1 kWh battery and 27 kW motor that offers 145 km/h top speed with range upto 211 km. Another big highlight will not have advanced Hypersense radar safety features which usually offer in higher trims. But features like 5-inch TFT display, ride modes, dual-channel ABS, and connectivity features are still available.
Ultraviolette X-47 New Base Variant Price
Well, the Ultraviolette X-47 lineup starts at ₹2.64 lakh (ex-showroom) for the higher entry variant before this launch. And after this new launch of X-47 Original base model at ₹2.49 lakh, the pricing is reduced approximately ₹15,000. This new pricing offers a more affordable entry into Ultraviolette’s premium electric motorcycle segment.

X-47 Crossover New Base Variant Launch Update
The Ultraviolette officially announce the new X-47 Original base variant in May 2026 as part of the expansion of its X-47 Crossover lineup in India. The new model was introduce as the brand’s latest entry-level premium electric adventure motorcycle, joining the existing X-47 family and available for Indian buyers shortly after the official launch announcement.

X-47 New Base Variant Design & Size
Ultraviolette gives sharp adventure-bike design with an upright riding stance for comfortable long rides just like pervious variants. Comes with 2,060 mm length, 867 mm width, and 1,220 mm height with a 1,385 mm wheelbase. This offers 200 mm ground clearance and an accessible 820 mm seat height. This means bikes looks prefect for daily use as well as touring.
Ultraviolette X-47 Battery, Range, & Performance
This new X-47 Crossover variants also uses same powertrains, that means it also runs on 7.1 kWh battery pack paired with a 27 kW electric motor that produces 90 Nm torque. It can reach a top speed of 145 km/h, accelerate from 0-60 km/h in 2.8 seconds, and delivers a claimed 211 km IDC range, making it suitable for both city commuting and highway travel.
Advanced Tech Features
Here comes the most changing section after price. Well, in this new base model you will see 5-inch TFT touchscreen display, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and Glide, Combat, and Ballistic ride modes. But you will miss LTE connectivity, Find My X-47, TPMS, Violette A.I., dashcam module, and premium Supernova+ charging network access in this base version.

The most important factor handling and stability is also coming same in this pricing. Yes, this bikes comes with 41 mm upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock suspension for balanced comfort. And its upright ergonomics make it best for daily and long rides.

This Ultraviolette X-47 safety features start with 320 mm front and 230 mm rear disc brakes, dual-channel Bosch ABS, Dynamic Stability Control, Hill Hold, Park Assist, and LED lighting.
