Nissan is ready to launch new version of the Patrol Premium 4X4 SUV in India. By the end of 2026, this fully luxurious imported model will be available in showroom. This model is based on the new Y63 generation and will come with a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 petrol engine producing around 425 hp and 700 Nm torque. The Patrol SUV main highlight will be 9-speed automatic gearbox and have full-time 4WD. Another big thing is seating capacity of 8 and pricing will be near ₹1 Core.
What’s Changing in New Patrol Model?
Well, the Nissan Patrol is changing completely with new Y63 generation. As per news reports, the New Patrol is now bigger in length which is expected 5,200 mm and will come in more new bold design with LED light bar and modern styling. The Nissan has new Patrol 4X4 SUV in strong quality and more space with 8 seats and 30% wider third row. But these are not biggest update you will see.

The Nissan is almost ready with the right hand drive version for global markets but Indian launch is expected in late 2026. As per auto market news reports, the Nissan is going introduce Patrol Premium 4X4 SUV as a fully imported CBU mode to boost brand value.
With all the new features and modern upgrades, the Nissan likely to price the new Patrol Premium under ₹2 core (top specs). However you can go for base variants in ₹1 core or above.

New Exterior & Interior
As we already mention above the upcoming Nissan Patrol will available in all new Y63 design that will have sharp LED lighting, a bold front grille, and a full-width rear light strip. The large size SUV dimension have numbers like 5,200 – 5,350 mm long and 2,030 mm wide with expected 22-inch wheels and 275 mm ground clearance.
And inside the cabin you will get three-row seating for 8 peoples with 3rd row having wider space. Not only this you get large dual 14.3-inch screen setup and other modern update in interior features.

Well, the Nissan has engine setup of 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine replacing the older V8 setup. This engine gives power of 425 hp and 700 Nm torque which means you get stronger pulling power and smoother performance.
And it comes with 9-speed automatic transmission and full-time 4WD system that gives better control on highways and also rough terrain. With this complete setup has expected mileage of 10 to 11 kmpl which decent with that powerful engine.

The new Patrol model has strong ladder-frame 4×4 setup with advanced air suspension and electronic damping. And has multiple terrain modes for rough conditions with expected 32° approach angle and 25.5° departure angle.
